Moving the Stimulus Goalposts - The Note
Another fine example of the liberal mind. You can always change the rules as you go. This is also how Global Warming became Climate Change.

Obama's Rx for Healthcare Spells Disaster!
While I'm an IT geek at heart I have worked around healthcare for many years. The last 8 of which I've worked with Government provided healthcare, Medicaid and Medicare. I know this area pretty well. But you don't even have to know and understand the dynamics of healthcare payers, providers and beneficiaries to see that this plan is a big mistake.
Of the many problems facing our country right now our healthcare system is the most complex one. It can not be solved with a quick plan. In fact voting into law something so hastily put together is probably the biggest disaster ever waiting to happen. Like a typical Democrat (or just a typical politician) Obama is worried more about creating a new voting block of 16 million government insured. His focus is more on just providing coverage rather than addressing the real issue - cost. The millions that are currently uninsured are a side effect of a problem, not the problem itself.
Let's hope congress tells Obama and Pelosi you can force quick fixes down everyones throat - it will only lead to bigger problems later.

Sarkozy says burqas are 'not welcome' in France
I love this guy. How ironic is it that France of all countries has the type of leadership to stand up to this BS and not pussy foot around issues like this pushing the PC 'Religion of peace' shit. And while Obama puts the exclamation mark on the P-word here Bush was a wienie when it came to this stuff too.

Minneapolis Jury award recording $1.9M
When I read this there's a couple of things that came to my mind. This poor woman claims her kids downloaded and shared these songs, 24 to be exact, about the number of songs on 2 long play CDs or 3 at most.
The things I thought of are:
1. What the F*ck is wrong with the people of Minneapolis who sat on this jury. I've never been much of a fan of the liberal politics of the Twin Cities, nor as an Iowan, the arrogance of superiority that they have with Iowans but I'm shocked the idiots on this jury would ever think of giving an award this large. It's like the made it up. Yea, it's completely realistic that this single mom of 4 can pay this. They've basically thrown these kids on the streets or at least into a life of poverty. These people get my vote for idiots of the year.
2. I understand the idea behind digital property rights but do these spoiled, out of touch, irresponsible recording artists really need this $ that bad? Do they need to drain every penny this poor mom has so they can buy another Bentley or a $5000 purse? The spoiled ass rotten, lightly talented performers of today personify a huge problem with Hollywood, they are so out of touch, that have no idea what real people have to deal with in daily real life. I'm sick of it.

Obama fires two more Inspector Generals!
This is unprecedented both in the fact that this power hungry SOB has the balls to do this and even more so by the fact that the mainstream media is ignoring it. Inspector Generals are put in place by congress to investigate government agencies and policy. Obama is removing the ones critical of his people and programs at a rate never seen before. IG's are rarely fired, ever let alone 3 in a weeks time.

'Hamas thwarts Carter assassination'
Apparently some Palestinian terrorist were going to assassinate Jimmy Carter. That would have done a lot to strengthen their cause wouldn't it. This is what so many people don't understand you can reason with and certain can not trust these people. They honestly don't want peace and a dual state existence - they want it all to themselves.
